Falafel is a popular street food in the Middle East and is often served in pita bread with tahini sauce and salad.

In a food processor, blend chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt until well combined.

Add flour gradually and continue blending until the mixture forms a thick paste.

Shape the mixture into small balls and flatten slightly.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Fry the falafel balls until golden brown and crispy.

Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.

Place each falafel cone in an ice cream cone.

Serve hot with your favorite sauce or dip.
