Mocha Popsicles
Popsicles were invented by an 11-year-old boy named Frank Epperson in 1905. He left a mixture of soda powder and water with a stirring stick outside overnight, and it froze. He called it the ‘Epsicle’ and later patented the concept as ‘Popsicle’.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 250 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 7.

In a small bowl, dissolve instant coffee in hot water.

In a blender, combine the coffee mixture, cocoa powder, maple syrup, coconut milk, vanilla extract, and dark chocolate chips. Blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.

Freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.

Once frozen, remove from molds and enjoy!
