  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cashew flour, coconut sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix cashew butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, flaxseed meal, and water until well combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until a dough forms.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Flatten each dough ball with the back of a spoon or your palm.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
