Press the tofu to remove excess water.

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, honey, rice vinegar, chopped green onions, chopped cilantro, and red pepper flakes.

Cut the tofu into desired shapes and place in a shallow dish.

Pour the marinade over the tofu, making sure it is well coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat the grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

Grill the tofu for about 3-4 minutes per side, until it is nicely charred and heated through.

Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite side dishes.
