  2. Add lentils, chickpeas, tomatoes, tomato paste, chili powder, cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  3. Pour in water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve hot with fresh cilantro and lime wedges.
