  2. In a large bowl, mix together rolled oats, whole wheat flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well.
  5. Fold in dried cranberries, chopped walnuts, and chia seeds.
  6. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  7. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the dough onto the baking sheet, spacing them apart.
  8. Flatten each portion with the back of a spoon.
  9. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.
