Line a baking dish with parchment paper.

Slice the bananas and arrange them in a single layer in the baking dish.

In a bowl, mix together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract.

Top with strawberries, pineapple chunks, chocolate chips, and chopped walnuts.
