Squeeze out any excess moisture from the grated cauliflower.

In a large bowl, mix the grated cauliflower, eggs, almond flour, finely chopped onion, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Take a spoonful of the cauliflower mixture and flatten it into a patty shape in the frying pan.

Cook each side for about 4-5 minutes, or until golden brown.

Repeat with the remaining cauliflower mixture.
