Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, pecans, pumpkin seeds, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, heat maple syrup, coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until well combined.

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
