Peel and slice the carrots.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the onion and garlic until golden.

Add the carrots and spices (cumin, coriander, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper) to the pan and sauté for a few minutes.

Pour enough water to cover the carrots, reduce heat, and simmer until the carrots are tender (about 20 minutes).

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with fresh parsley and drizzle with lemon juice before serving.
