Cook lentils according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add onion, garlic, and red bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are softened.

Stir in tomato paste, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, mustard, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add cooked lentils to the skillet and stir to combine.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
