Bring a pot of water to boil. Add green beans and blanch for 2 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add zucchini to the pan and cook for 5 minutes, until tender.

In a small bowl, mix together sauce verte, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Add the sauce mixture to the pan and stir well.

Add the blanched green beans to the pan and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
