Cook the orzo pasta according to package instructions.

In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.

Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add broccoli florets, zucchini, and yellow bell pepper. Sauté until vegetables are tender.

Add cherry tomatoes, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Cook for another 2 minutes.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Drain the cooked orzo pasta and add it to the pan. Stir well to combine.
