  3. Add the carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, cabbage, and spring onions to the pan. Stir-fry for 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame seeds, red chili flakes, and salt.
