  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Cut the pastry into thin strips, about 1cm wide.
  4. Twist each strip and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow the straws to cool completely.
  7. Fill a piping bag with jam and pipe a small amount onto one end of each straw.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the jam-filled end of the straws.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
