Jam Straws
Jam straws are a popular treat in many countries and are often served with tea or coffee.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).

Roll out the puff pastry sheets on a lightly floured surface.

Cut the pastry into thin strips, about 1cm wide.

Twist each strip and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Allow the straws to cool completely.

Fill a piping bag with jam and pipe a small amount onto one end of each straw.

Sprinkle powdered sugar over the jam-filled end of the straws.
