  1. Boil jackfruit in water until tender. Drain and mash it.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews, almonds, and raisins until golden. Set aside.
  3. In the same pan, add mashed jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Add coconut milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well.
  5. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Garnish with the roasted nuts and raisins.
  7. Let it rest for 30 minutes before serving.
