Boil jackfruit in water until tender. Drain and mash it.

Heat ghee in a pan and roast cashews, almonds, and raisins until golden. Set aside.

In the same pan, add mashed jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.

Add coconut milk, sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron strands. Mix well.

Cook on low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Garnish with the roasted nuts and raisins.
