Preheat the grill to medium heat.

Wash and slice the potatoes into 1/4-inch thick rounds.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Add the potato slices to the bowl and toss to coat them evenly with the seasoning mixture.

Arrange the potato slices on the preheated grill.

Grill the potatoes for about 10 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and cooked through.

Remove the potatoes from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes.
