Soak the walnuts, dried tangerine peel, lotus seeds, red beans, and dried longan in water separately for 15 minutes.

In a pot, add water and bring to a boil. Add soaked walnuts, dried tangerine peel, lotus seeds, red beans, dried longan, and white fungus.

Reduce heat to low and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.

Add rock sugar and continue to simmer until it dissolves.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 30 minutes.

Serve warm or chilled.
