Remove the pits from the dates.

In a food processor, blend almonds, cashews, and dried cranberries until finely chopped.

Add honey and cinnamon powder to the mixture and blend again until well combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and stuff them into the dates.

Roll the stuffed dates in shredded coconut.
