Heat the milk in a saucepan until it reaches 180°F (82°C).

Let the milk cool to 110°F (43°C).

Mix the yoghurt culture with a small amount of the warm milk in a separate bowl.

Add the yoghurt culture mixture to the remaining warm milk and stir well.

Cover the saucepan with a lid and wrap it with a towel.

Leave the mixture to rest at room temperature for 8 hours or overnight.

Once the yoghurt has thickened, refrigerate it for at least 4 hours before serving.
