  1. Preheat grill to medium heat.
  2. Peel back the husks of the corn without removing them completely. Remove the silks.
  3. Brush each ear of corn with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle fresh herbs, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper over the corn.
  5. Pull the husks back over the corn and tie them closed with kitchen twine.
  6. Place the corn on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally.
  7. Remove the corn from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Remove the husks and serve the herbed corn on the cob hot.
