Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, almond milk, flaxseed meal, maple syrup, vanilla extract, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.

Fold in the chopped nuts and dried fruits.

Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes.
