  1. Chop the cauliflower, cabbage, carrots, onion, and garlic.
  2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the cauliflower, cabbage, and carrots to the pot. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the vegetable broth, coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
  6. Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the pot from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Use an immersion blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  9. Return the pot to low heat and stir in fresh parsley and lemon juice.
  10. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  11. Serve the soup hot and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
