Add the cauliflower, cabbage, and carrots to the pot. Stir and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the vegetable broth, coconut milk, turmeric, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Bring the soup to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
