Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Remove the bacon and crumble it into small pieces.

In the same skillet, sauté the onion and garlic until they are translucent.

In a mixing bowl, combine the canned baked beans, sautéed onion and garlic, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the crumbled bacon on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the beans are hot and bubbly.

Let the baked beans rest for 5 minutes before serving.
