  2. In a large bowl, combine oats, almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.
  5. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped nuts.
  6. Scoop spoonfuls of the cookie dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
