  3. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.

  5. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the potatoes are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Return to the oven for another 5 minutes to melt the cheese.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
