Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.

Add butternut squash, sweet potato, carrot, and red bell pepper. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in tomato paste, thyme, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Add vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for 15 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Add cannellini beans and kale, and cook for an additional 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
