  4. Drain the cauliflower and transfer to a blender. Add the cashews, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni and the cauliflower sauce. Mix well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is golden and crispy.
