Kabobs, also known as kebabs, have their origins in the Middle East and have been popularized worldwide as a delicious and versatile grilled dish.

Cut the bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion into bite-sized pieces.

Thread the vegetables onto skewers, alternating between different vegetables.

Brush the vegetable skewers with the olive oil mixture.
