  3. In a bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese, chopped basil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Spread a spoonful of marinara sauce on each grilled eggplant slice. Place a dollop of the ricotta mixture at one end of each slice and roll it up tightly.
  5. Place the rolled eggplant slices in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinara sauce over them.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
