In a bowl, mix green gram flour, sugar, vegetable oil, yogurt, baking powder, cardamom powder, cashew nuts, raisins, and water.

Pour the batter into the prepared cake tin.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 30 minutes.
