Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Peel the orange and separate into segments.

Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté garlic until fragrant.

Add the blanched green beans to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.

Add orange segments, coriander, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.
