Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Trim the ends of the green beans.

In a large pot of boiling water, blanch the green beans for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Divide the green beans into bundles of about 8-10 beans each.

Wrap each bundle with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick.

Place the green bean bundles on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

In a small bowl, mix together garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

Brush the olive oil over the green bean bundles and sprinkle the garlic powder mixture on top.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
