Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Add the dried fruits and mix well.
