  1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas.
  2. In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, onion, garlic, parsley, cumin, coriander, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Process until well blended and the mixture forms a coarse paste.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour.
  5. Shape the mixture into small patties.
  6. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Fry the falafel patties until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Remove from the pan and let them rest for 10 minutes.
  9. Cut each pita bread in half and open the pocket.
  10. Stuff each pita half with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, and 2 falafel patties.
  11. Drizzle with tahini sauce.
  12. Serve and enjoy!
