Gluten-free Graham Crackers
Graham crackers were originally created by Sylvester Graham, a 19th-century Presbyterian minister, as part of a vegetarian diet.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine almond flour, oat flour, tapioca flour, brown sugar, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.

Add coconut oil, honey, vanilla extract, and water to the dry ingredients. Mix until well combined.

Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8-inch thickness.

Cut the dough into rectangles or desired shapes using a sharp knife or cookie cutter.

Transfer the crackers to the prepared baking sheet and prick each cracker with a fork to prevent air bubbles.

Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the crackers cool completely on a wire rack.

Store in an airtight container for up to 1 week.
