In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, salt, and dried herbs.

Add the olive oil and warm water to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes, until it becomes smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a clean kitchen towel, and let it rest for 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.

Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).

Punch down the dough and transfer it to a lightly floured surface. Roll it out into your desired pizza shape and thickness.

Transfer the rolled dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
