Garlicky Cauliflower Breadsticks

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the cauliflower into florets and steam them until tender. Let cool.

Once cooled, transfer the cauliflower to a food processor and pulse until it resembles rice.

Transfer the cauliflower rice to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much moisture as possible.

In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower rice, minced garlic, egg, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

Transfer the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and shape it into a rectangle, about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.

Cut into breadsticks and serve warm.
