Cook the pasta according to package instructions.

In a blender, combine cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and water. Blend until smooth.

Pour the sauce into a saucepan and heat over medium heat until warmed through.

Drain the cooked pasta and add it to the sauce. Stir until well coated.

Serve the pasta with fresh parsley on top.
