Soak the cashews in water overnight or for at least 4 hours.

Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.

In a blender or food processor, add the soaked cashews, water, garlic cloves, fresh chives, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, salt, and white vinegar.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the mixture to a container and let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to thicken.
