  3. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the chickpea flour. Let it rest for 10 minutes.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  6. Alternatively, you can bake the patties in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Serve the garbanzo bean patties with your favorite sauce or toppings.
