Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a square baking dish.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together teff flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt the coconut oil. Add maple syrup and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in the dark chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

Transfer the batter to the greased baking dish and spread it evenly.

Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
