  2. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth.
  3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
  4. Remove from heat and add semi-sweet chocolate chips and vanilla extract. Stir until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth.
  5. Let the mixture cool slightly, then stir in coconut milk.
  6. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and sprinkle mini chocolate chips on top.
  7. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
