In a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, honey, and vanilla extract.

Add rolled oats, rice cereal, mini chocolate chips, dried cranberries, shredded coconut, and pretzel sticks. Stir until well combined.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Press the mixture into the dish, spreading it evenly.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set.
