Bow tie noodles, also known as farfalle, originated in Northern Italy and are named after their distinctive bow tie shape.
This is vegan and high protein recipe. Dish can be prepared in 35 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 10.

Cook the bow tie noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.

Add sliced carrots and bell peppers to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until vegetables are crisp-tender.

Push the vegetables to one side of the skillet and add the cooked bow tie noodles to the other side.

Drizzle soy sauce and sesame oil over the noodles. Stir-fry everything together for 2-3 minutes until well combined.

Season with salt and black pepper.
