  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions.
  2. Cut carrot, cucumber, and avocado into thin strips.
  3. Beat eggs and make thin omelettes.
  4. Mix sesame oil, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  5. Place a sheet of nori on a bamboo mat.
  6. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice on the nori sheet.
  7. Place the omelette, carrot, cucumber, and avocado strips on top of the rice.
  8. Roll the nori sheet tightly using the bamboo mat.
  9. Cut the roll into bite-sized pieces.
  10. Serve with soy sauce.
