Forgotten Cookies got their name because they are left in the oven overnight without opening the door, allowing them to ‘forget’ about them.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 195 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 6.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.

Gradually add the sugar substitute, vanilla extract, and salt while continuing to beat.

Fold in the chopped nuts and dark chocolate chips.

Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and immediately turn off the heat.

Leave the cookies in the oven for at least 2 hours or overnight to 'forget' about them.

Once the cookies are completely cooled and crisp, store them in an airtight container.
