In a mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, and olive oil.

Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.

Shape the dough into a log and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.

Steam the wrapped seitan for 45 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Unwrap the seitan and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake for 15 minutes to give it a crispy texture.

Let the seitan rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
