  1. In a mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, vegetable broth, and olive oil.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir until well combined.
  4. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.
  5. Shape the dough into a log and wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
  6. Steam the wrapped seitan for 45 minutes.
  7. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  8. Unwrap the seitan and place it on a baking sheet.
  9. Bake for 15 minutes to give it a crispy texture.
  10. Let the seitan rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
