Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.

In a large bowl, combine the summer squash, eggs, honey, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the whole wheat flour, almond flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.

Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

Fold in the chopped walnuts.

Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan.

Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
