Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, vegetable oil, and salt. Mix until well combined and a soft dough forms.

Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Flatten each ball slightly with the back of a spoon and sprinkle with colorful sprinkles.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.

Remove from the oven and let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.

Transfer the cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.
